You may have seen news that we’ve added an Integrated Wellness Program. What it means for you is an easy way to access healthy sports nutrition alternatives for use before, during and after your workouts; chemical-free household cleaners, natural skin care and weight loss options, and more.
We offer this specific program for a couple of reasons:
First – many of you probably know that I (Vicky here) don’t personally take any income or “paycheck” out of the studio (maybe some day!). All of your tuition for classes I teach, and the studio’s portion of classes taught by the other instructors, stays in the studio to pay bills and provide upgrades to the service you receive.
This specific program (Shaklee) not only provides you with healthier and natural alternatives, but assists in providing a bit of extra income for the studio so we can continue to grow.
Second – I’ve personally used Shaklee products for years, and would never offer products in the studio that I do not personally recommend.
Shaklee’s line of products has allowed my household to remove many potentially harmful chemicals from our environment and life. Plus, we actually prefer and love quite a few of the products above the traditional store-bought options.

Miss Suzy Ashmore has a background in ballet, tap, and jazz from an early age and was classically trained in ballet from age 8 to 14. She has taught dance at community centers, senior centers and schools and also enjoys attending social dances with
Suzy received a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of North Texas and is a former educator for 30 years in FWISD as a teacher and elementary school counselor. She believes dancing is the key to a long, fit, healthy, happy life.
