Ladies: want shapely legs? Try latin dancing!

Dancing is exercise in disguise!  That’s probably why Zumba is such a craze (and has been for years) – but it’s not the only dance style that provides a great workout.

Ballroom, Latin and Country Western – couple dancing – gives people confidence with the opposite sex and socially, plus it allows the opportunity to meet others.

Ballet is the best way to work your core, which is why it’s the latest fitness craze, and jazz and hip-hop are great for working all parts of the body without thinking about it.

Cabaret, burlesque and especially Latin dancing shape the legs best because they are done in high heels.
